To describe myself in one word it would be leadership. Growing up I have always taken the leadership role. Its not that I was looking to be a leader it just naturally came to me and people would look to me as a leader. As I grew up playing baseball I would be the leader of the teams I would play on. This would include my select baseball teams and then getting into high school be the leaders of that team as well. My senior year was one of the easier moments of me being a leader. I knew with everyone that just graduated I was gonna have to step up and be a leader. When I look back it these experiences I had helped define the man I am today.
Andrew,
ReplyDeleteI believe that leadership is a wonderful gift that you were given and I am glad that you are using your gift in a positive way. It takes a strong leader to make a positive difference no matter the circumstance. This ability and gift that is God given will allow you to be in many leadership positions including your career. Great leaders encourage others and can create a positive environment. I am blessed with a great boss and many great professors that do an excellent job in their leadership role.
I can say that leadership is not one of my gifts. I admire those that have that gift. I have always been scared to step up and be a leader in anything, until this year. I stepped up to be the youth minister at my Church. Literally one of the hardest things I have ever done. I am in a continual state of working on becoming more a leader, but it is definitely difficult for me. Great job, Andrew!
